The TheraBand Soft Weight is a small, hand-held isotonic weight. Colour-coded in the TheraBand system of progressive exercise, the soft weight offers a functional and accommodating grip that cannot be accomplished with traditional hand-held dumbbells or cuff weights. The uniform size of each level resistance allows both one- and two-handed exercises. Because of its design, the soft weight can be used to exercise virtually any part of the body. The soft weight is designed for applications in therapy of fitness, including strength training, plyometrics, balance and stabilization training, mobilization, or functional implement training.
