Measurement instructions:
Stand upright with your arms at your sides and your gaze straight ahead. Using a ruler, measure from the base of your neck to the outer end of the bony prominence of your shoulder. Do not take into account the muscle mass beyond this bony prominence. Use this measurement to determine your pillow size:
- 4 1/4" – 5 1/4": Small
- 5 1/4" – 6 1/4": Medium
- 6 1/4" – 7 1/4": Large
If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the smaller one.
