This unique gynecological model allows for perfect demonstration and realistic insertion of female “barrier” type contraceptives, which are placed directly in the vagina/uterus. These include the Femidom, FemCap (cervical cap), menstrual cup, vaginal ring, and diaphragm. Another valuable feature is the insertion of pessaries in cases of organ prolapse and incontinence. Various ring, shell, and cube pessaries are available for this purpose.

It is also possible to demonstrate the insertion and positioning of an IUD.

The supravaginal portion of the cervix can be probed, and intrauterine insemination (IUI) can be performed.

The transparent vaginal wall allows viewing of the interior of the vagina. The uterus is partially open. The application and mode of action of the different inserts can therefore be presented in a very clear and structured way for training purposes. Their correct positioning and proper use by the user can also be demonstrated and verified during a practical exercise. Thanks to the clear representation and easy self-check, the end user quickly gains the self-confidence necessary to handle these different systems.
